Administration Officer | Gas Networks — Gepps Cross, Port Adelaide Area

Description The opportunity We are searching for our newest Administration superstar to join the SA Gas Networks team Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, this role is critical in ensuring our operational and functional teams are supported with various administrative, finance & payroll related tasks. This role involves the processing of invoicing, daily timesheet handling and purchase order raising/monitoring. You will have the opportunity to work closely with our leadership team and onsite field resources as well as build rapport with a diverse range of individuals. What you’ll do Manage and administer PPE order and dispatch, complete travel bookings, provide fleet support services as required. Assist with the day-to-day operation by facilitating the timely recording and dispatching of maintenance and construction work. Management of time sheeting, leave processing and performance reporting processes. Arrange and deliver catering requirements for general and specific depot events and ordering and stock management of stationary inventory and office supplies. What we’re looking for This opportunity would suit a highly organised, proactive and customer-oriented individual seeking to advance their career within an essential service industry. The successful candidate will preferably have experience in a project-based environment, the ability to meet set deadlines and above all an optimistic attitude. Prior administration experience within the utilities sector is advantageous. A quick learner with an eagerness to take on new tasks and responsibilities as their skills develop. High level of written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to details and time management skills.
