The Position The Administration Assistant (Support Services) role will work within a busy paced team and is responsible for providing administrative support to department coordinators and teachers to ensure effective, efficient and high-quality customer service to assist in the support of the school’s education programs. These administrative tasks include the creation and management of learning resources and materials, a variety of clerical duties and data entry, using various document processing and design packages, digital storage repositories and office resources/equipment. The position is permanent, part-time (3 days per week) during school term-time. Usual hours are 8:00am to 4:00pm with a half hour lunch break.
