We are looking for a full time Client Liaison and Administration Assistant who is energetic, client focused and who enjoys wearing multiple hats. Description The Position The Client Liaison and Administration Assistant assists with the smooth, efficient and diligent running of the office and with the safe custody process. The focus of the role is to make a great first impression on our client floor, and on the phone. Your key responsibilities in this multi-faceted role will include: Client floor management: greeting visitors, meeting room set up/pack up Coordination of the office phone : answering and transferring incoming calls Daily housekeeping : cleaning meeting rooms/stacking dishwasher/kitchen maintenance Office administration: mail, stationary supplies, couriers Event coordination: assist with client and internal events, including tech setup Records administration: scanning, logging and archiving documents in compliance with confidentiality and data protection regulations Safe custody: assisting with the process from the request of legal documents to the release, including new enquiries and obtaining preliminary information, in accordance with privacy and confidentiality requirements. The right candidate will be an integral part of Moores. Skills And Experiences About you You will be a motivated individual with a proven track record in office administration, confident with technology and capable of navigating and utilizing various digital tools and platforms efficiently. Your experience and background may be in other industries; however, you have proven ability to multi-task, coupled with great problem-solving skills, and a ‘can do’ attitude. You will be a super friendly team player, have excellent communication skills, be organised and hard-working. You will be able to work autonomously, however, also enjoy working with a team to deliver positive outcomes in a timely manner. A thorough understanding of Microsoft Office is essential. Previous experience with Salesforce programs and Affinity is advantageous. About us Moores is not a traditional law firm.
