About the Role To support our growth focused approach, we are seeking a Branch Administration Training & Compliance Coordinator to join our Dandenong branch. You will Assist the Manager with the development of Admin & Customer Service training suit from the process documentation available targeted to Branches that covers onboarding new staff, refresher training and roll-out of new processes. Key Duties and Responsibilities Include: Undertake planned Travel to the Branches Assist Branches with adopting the standardized processes and assist with trouble shooting. Assist the manager in conduction periodic compliance reviews at the Branch, documents process conformations and issues and report findings. Provide training and feedback on all Branch administrative processes to ensure standardization across the business. Work with Supervisor and identify high impact areas such as Credits management & Manual dockets to curtail outgoing cash through the P&L Assist Corporate Training team and formalize training content in the Supagas L&D platform as required.
