As an Estimator, you’ll be at the heart of our exciting oil and gas infrastructure and power projects , working closely with talented engineers, project managers, and clients to deliver accurate and competitive estimates. You’ll be instrumental in driving our projects forward, with plenty of opportunities to develop new skills and advance your career. What You’ll Be Doing As an Estimator Engineer, you will: Plan, schedule, coordinate, and monitor production flow , ensuring projects are on time and within budget. Collaborate with clients and project teams , providing valuable insights and precise cost analysis. Review technical documents and drawings to ensure high-quality standards and identify cost-saving opportunities. Source and procure parts and materials , ensuring the timely delivery of essential project components. Maintain document control and support engineering work instructions, ensuring compliance with company and industry standards. Play a critical role in fostering a cohesive team effort between the Project and Estimating teams. Get involved in diverse tasks, with ample opportunities to grow and diversify your skill set . What We’re Looking For We are looking for someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment . Ideally, you should have: Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written, to effectively engage with teams and clients. Sound Understanding of Microsoft Packages, Excel, Word Project A strong background in mechanical engineering and project planning/scheduling. A keen eye for accuracy and detail , ensuring cost estimates are precise and competitive. Experience with drafting, modelling packages ability to read and interpret technical drawings. A positive attitude towards continuous learning and a willingness to share your knowledge with others.
