Overview SIG has an opening for a Market Data Administrator within our Market Data Management Team Job Summary In this role, you will be partner with the existing Market Data team, to support all aspects of market data usage across the APAC trading business. Responsibilities include Production of monthly inventory reports for key internal stakeholders Co-ordinate with internal offshore teams for inventory system and cost allocation updates Manage and report exchange and vendor data declarations Perform permissioning of users Market Data in internal entitlement systems Timely cancellation and procurement of Market Data for leavers and joiners Liaise with external vendors for invoice queries Maintain internal documentation What you can expect from us: Real Impact: As an essential member of the team, your role involves supporting, innovating, and optimizing systems processing massive amounts of data, all while ensuring high performance and stability. What we are looking for Experience in the financial services industry Knowledge of market data providers Experience of working in an Agile environment. High level of experience with Microsoft Excel Numerically literate Personal Attributes Effective problem solving and analytical skills. Strong organizational skills. Strong communication skills (verbal and written). Pro-active and highly motivated High level of accuracy and attention to detail are essential. Self-motivated and creative with an ability to learn new systems and processes.
