About The Role Infrabuild Steel are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Training and Systems Administrator to join our Laverton team on a two-year fixed-term contract. This pivotal role supports the implementation of system improvement initiatives that drive manufacturing capability and performance of the business. As part of this role, you will help identify opportunities for ongoing system improvements while ensuring the seamless maintenance of training systems and processes. Your responsibilities will include; • Keep training records up-to-date (data entry, cleaning, and archiving). • Maintain, update and suggest improvements to system guides and processes • Validate and record all training and ensure proper processes are followed • Help contractors and internal users with system setup and training. • A commitment to achieving a culture of world class safety performance, upholding the highest health and safety standards • Organize the monthly 2-day site induction, including preparing materials and setting up spaces. • Assist with other Learning and Development admin tasks as needed. You are approachable and friendly and ideally have proven experience in a similar on-site role within a mining, manufacturing, or heavy industry sector. You have a strong attention to detail, are a natural people’s person and are used to working in a dynamic environment prioritising safety standards. To be successful in this role, you will have: • Preferred experience in managing or working with Learning Management Systems or similar platforms. • Strong computer literacy, with advanced skills in MS Word and Excel. • Previous experience in training administration or system coordination is a plus. • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to work efficiently and proactively, identifying opportunities for process improvements. • Strong team player with a flexible approach to tasks and responsibilities.Key Benefits Below are some of our key central benefits that are available to InfraBuild employees.
