Job Title Property Administration Officer Job Description Summary Property Admin Officer, is a key role within the Finance team and helps to ensure that all corporate and client rent-roll payments are made accurately, within deadlines and in compliance with all relevant regulations. Job Description Key Responsibilities: Preparation & review of expenditure/ revenue rent rolls and associated reporting Prepare urgent payment batches for property accounting team Process payment refund requests Process workflow credit approvals within 24 hours RBL Expiry Reports Respond to internal queries within 24 hours Ensure compliance with internal control structures. Drive efficiency and productivity through standardization and improvements to processes and reporting. Background and Experience The role requires individuals who are experienced with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and lease administration. A previous role working within a similar finance role is highly desirable. Business partnering experience from working with business and support teams will be beneficial. Experience in dealing with outsourced providers and managing their performance is highly desirable. Experience in procedure and process ownership, change and continuous improvement is highly desirable. Occupation specific capabilities: Tertiary Finance qualification is desired but not essential. 2 years’ experience Strong IT skills High proficiency in MS Excel Exposure to JDE preferred Preferred Requirements: Permanent Resident Location: Canberra is preferred, but we are open to considering applicants based in Melbourne.
