Overview: Program Admin Officer ​ ​ Full-time ​ , ​ C ontinuing position ​ Salary Level HEW 5 17% Superannuation Based at the ​ Melbourne CBD ​ campus, ​ and hybrid ways of working ​ About the role As the Program Admin Officer , you will be responsible for providing efficient and effective academic administration services that support the student life cycle. You will operate within a team and support a cluster of programs to be determined through the annual work planning process. As the successful candidate, you will have a strong customer service orientation and work closely with academic and professional staff in the School . You will also be an active participant in service improvement initiatives. To be successful in this position, you will have : Demonstrated experience in providing high-quality services and support in a university environment or similarly large/complex organisation . Highly developed organisational and problem-solving skills, with a high level of attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks. Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated experience and expertise in the provision of quality customer service, including sound knowledge and consistent application of policies and procedures. Demonstrated digital literacy. A knowledge and understanding of the tertiary education sector (desirable). Please Note: Appointment to this position is subject to passing a Working with Children and National Police Check.
