As an Admin Project Officer, your role will be to support the effective delivery of programs and projects and align to the AFP's Program and Project Management Framework (PMF). You will also be required to contribute to the achievement of outcomes in accordance with the regulatory framework, the AFP Code of Conduct and the AFP Governance Instruments. We are looking for collaborative, innovative and dynamic professionals to fill a role within the EPMO. Enterprise Program Management Office (EPMO): The EPMO is responsible for the provision of specialist program management expertise to support the successful delivery of high priority enterprise and inter-agency programs. The EPMO's key functions include the collaborative development of key strategic program management documents as well as the best practice administration support through collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. The EPMO is also responsible for providing a deeper understanding of program's design, status and delivery through regular reporting and governance mechanisms to Senior Executives and AFP Boards. Support the Team Leader in high level administrative functions such as secretariat, reporting, monitoring, templates and process reviews and draft brief writing. Support BaU objectives, identifying and escalating issues to Senior team members and team leader.
