The Academic Administration Coordinator will provide exceptional service quality, customer-focused academic support and course administration to senior academic staff across all aspects of the student lifecycle with reference to academic administration and project delivery. The Academic Administration Coordinator will manage academic governance requirements across academic policy, course accreditation and renewal, transition and teach out, course build, timetabling, academic progression and exam committees, data management reporting requirements and core academic administration and project delivery functions. This role involves collaborating with academic leaders, faculty members and other stakeholders to ensure academic quality best practices are implemented and monitored that promote student success and academic achievement. Accountabilities: Implement faculty wide academic administrative process improvements across the student life- cycle , in relation to learning and teaching requirements and project scope and deliverables. Manage administrative aspects of academic governance committees, including Faculty Learning and Teaching, Examination, Academic Progression, Curriculum Committee, and Course Advisory, ensuring actions and outcomes are aligned with the Terms of Reference, policy and procedures Ensure course and subject level curriculum data captured and created within academic administration processes is validated and maintained with the highest levels of integrity Support compliance with relevant legislation, HE and VET regulatory standards, professional requirements and guidelines relating to academic administration, including provision of advice on course data management issues Support administrative processes and draft submissions for course related and professional association activities associated with course accreditation and course review, notification of material changes and other related matters, ensuring regulatory requirements are met and the integrity of course data is maintained Cultivate supportive internal and external business relationships vital to the success of the project Support administrative processes associated with course and subject reviews, ensuring regulatory requirements are met and the integrity of course data is maintained Ensure adherence to academic policies and associated systems and processes contributing to policy review and improvement as We Are Looking For: An understanding of ASQA and TEQSA regulatory compliance requirements as they apply to Academic Administration and associated functions Experience in B2B / offshore / partnership academic course administration is desirable Strong Communication, problem-solving and reporting skills Demonstrated academic curriculum related project management experience Demonstrated understanding of academic delivery and academic administration related functions Demonstrated high level of time management, demonstrated project management skills, with strong attention to detail Demonstrable high-level computer and software skills, particularly in word processing, spread sheets and using enterprise-wide records management systems. Highly developed project management skills that support the effective implementation of concurrent projects within an agile environment. Attention to detail and the ability to undertake high volumes of administrative processing efficiently and with a high level of accuracy Why join us?
