The Opportunity This is a diverse and rewarding role where you'll be working closely with the Practice Manager. Some of your key responsibilities include: Managing and maintaining the firm’s database Monitoring WIP for accountants Setting up companies and trusts Making corporate changes such as director and shareholder updates Following up with debtors Assisting directors with ad hoc tasks, including invoicing Overseeing task delegation to both onshore and offshore staff As you grow within the team, there is an opportunity to manage, mentor and motivate other administrators, contributing to a positive and productive team environment.
