We're currently looking for a detail-oriented, customer-first Client Service Administrator to join our vibrant Payments team in either Brisbane or Sydney . About the Role: As a Client Service Administrator , you’ll be the first point of contact for taxi drivers and merchants across Australia, helping them resolve product, payment and process queries across phone and email channels. Your focus will be on delivering exceptional support, driving product value, and contributing to continuous service improvement. Key Responsibilities: Respond to driver and merchant enquiries across email and phone with professionalism and efficiency Collaborate across departments like finance, sales, and tech to resolve issues Identify and raise process or product improvements Champion the customer voice internally Meet service level KPIs and maintain high satisfaction ratings What We’re Looking For: 2–3 years’ experience in a customer service role (phone/email channels) Confident communication skills, including with ESL customers Strong attention to detail, organisation and resilience Familiarity with Office 365 and CRM systems A collaborative mindset and a desire to improve every day Why Join Cabcharge?
