CPQ SALESFORCE ADMINISTRATOR | SALESFORCE CPQ, BILLING, APEX, FLOWS | UP TO $140K SUPER | SYDNEY | HYBRID (1 DAYS ONSITE) Sirius Technology is working with a high-growth SaaS to help them find an experienced CPQ Salesforce Administrator to own and enhance their Salesforce architecture and CPQ functionality across the order-to-cash lifecycle. You’ll be the go-to Salesforce CPQ and Billing expert in the company, leading projects, improving automation, and ensuring a seamless experience across quoting, pricing, contracts, and invoicing. Working in a collaborative, fast-moving team, you’ll champion best practice Salesforce design and play a key role in shaping the future of the platform as the company scales globally. Responsibilities Act as the subject matter expert for Salesforce CPQ and Billing functionality. Manage product catalogue, pricing models, discount structures, and quote automation. Lead system integrations between Salesforce and financial/billing tools to ensure data integrity and compliance. Partner with cross-functional teams to capture requirements and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions. Own the Salesforce architecture and champion system enhancements and workflow automation. Provide training, documentation, and ongoing support to internal stakeholders on CPQ best practices. Skills 2 years Salesforce administration or development experience, with a focus on CPQ and billing. Proven experience with Salesforce CPQ configuration: pricing rules, bundling, approvals, and renewals. Strong understanding of SaaS subscription billing, revenue recognition, and invoicing processes. Technical proficiency with Apex, Flows, and Salesforce automation tools. Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
