Office Accounts Administrator — Brookvale, Manly Area

This fabulous part time opportunity is Mon-Friday working 8AM-1PM and will be located in Brookvale, only local candidates will be eligible. As the Office Accounts Administrator, you will manage the process of customer software purchases, renewals and maintenance agreements and be the initial point of contact with the customer while also providing administrative account support to management. Responsibilities: Coordinate with the US, UK sales and admin team Manage the renewal process with existing customers internationally Invoice new purchases and create licenses. Collect data and research as required by prospective clients and/or vendors. Maintenance of customer database and customer history on Salesforce. Answer internal and external emails/phone calls and provide timely responses. Enter invoices into the company accounts software using Xero. Generate sales and metric reports through Salesforce Assist team in order fulfillment processing and shipping via FedEx Other ad-hoc administrative projects as required Skills/Experience Minimum 3 years of experience in renewal management or similar role Experience using MS Office applications Must have prior experience with Salesforce/Zoho or similar CRM. Experience using Xero or another accounts-based software system Police check will be required Attributes Must have excellent written and verbal skills Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently and identify problems, opportunities and solutions Strong Customer Service skills Must be self-motivated, goal oriented and able to work independently Background check required Proficient in adhering to project deadlines This role is based in Brookvale, 2100 on Sydney's Northern Beaches.
