What you'll be doing An opportunity for a Client Service Administrator has come available at an accounting firm in Moonee Ponds. This person will be part of a small team of 7 so must have the ability to work in a small team environment. The role is office based 5 days per week. As the Client Service Admin, you will be responsible for client billing, debtor management and document management (MYOB Practice Manager), relief Reception, liaising with clients and the ATO, lodging annual company registrations, and making changes in ASIC. Carpark onsite and train station nearby. To be successful in this role, you must have experience in an accounting firm Candidates will need to meet the following criteria: Experience in an administration role in an accounting practice. The ability to work in a team environment and independently, show initiative and meet deadlines. Able to adapt to change quickly and problem solve. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to build meaningful relationships. Proactive, enthusiastic, and a self-starter who takes initiative and can handle multiple tasks. Strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
