We are looking for a dynamic and highly organised Sales Administration Assistant to join our growing team in a hybrid role. As the face of our Dealership, this role involves a mix of customer-facing sales responsibilities and administrative duties, ensuring smooth vehicle transactions and seamless coordination between departments. Previous experience in sales, administration, or customer service, preferably in the automotive industry would be an advantage however is not essential as full training is available to the right candidate. Key duties will include : Act as the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries in person and over the phone. Assist in the sales process, including selling finance options to customers. Process vehicle transactions, including managing sales invoicing and documentation. Maintain and update the Sales Log, ensuring accurate records of all sales activities. Coordinate the delivery of new and used vehicles between the sales team, service team, and customers. Bring vehicles into stock and ensure accurate records are maintained. Conduct vehicle audits to verify stock accuracy and compliance. Support the sales team with administrative tasks, including paperwork and database management. Ensure all customer interactions are professional, courteous, and in line with company values. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering outstanding customer service. Previous experience is not necessary but a great attitude towards customer service is Required skills and attributes : Strong organisational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and tasks at the same time. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM systems.
