What We’re Looking For: Colorspan is seeking a Sales Account Manager to join our passionate team. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of client accounts, build long-lasting relationships, and help drive sales growth within the building materials sector. What You’ll Be Doing: Client Relationship Management: Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. Customer Solutions: Understand client needs and provide tailored product solutions to meet their requirements. Sales Strategy & Execution: Identify new sales opportunities, negotiate contracts, and close deals with both residential and commercial clients. Work on growing your account base and expanding our presence in the industry. Product Knowledge: Be the go-to expert on our product range and the benefits they provide to customers. Continuous Improvement: Proactively seek out ways to improve sales processes, track key metrics, and ensure the highest level of client service. Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction. What We’re Looking For: Experience: You have 3 years of experience in sales and account management, with a proven track record of managing client relationships and driving business growth. Previous experience in the building materials or construction industry is highly desirable. Skills & Knowledge: You possess strong sales skills, including negotiation and problem-solving. You have excellent communication skills and can handle client queries with ease, ensuring they feel heard and valued. Team Player: While this is an individual contributor role, you value collaboration and work effectively with internal teams to ensure smooth and seamless customer experiences. Tech-Savvy: You are comfortable with CRM software and other sales tools, using them to manage accounts and track performance effectively. Familiarity with industry-specific software is a plus. Adaptability: You’re flexible and able to adapt to changes in the market, customer needs, or business priorities. You can quickly adjust to new challenges or opportunities. Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field would be advantageous. Certifications in sales, account management, or relevant industry courses would be preferred.
