We are seeking an experienced and proactive Practice Administration Manager to join our client’s team. This pivotal role will focus on driving operational efficiency across their practice, leading software implementations, and streamlining their admin systems to support their growing business. Key Responsibilities: Lead the implementation, optimisation, and training of practice management and cloud-based software systems. Assess and improve current administrative processes to ensure maximum efficiency, accuracy, and compliance. Work closely with directors, accountants, and admin staff to identify operational bottlenecks and deliver solutions. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the admin team, including workflow planning, performance monitoring, and team development. Manage and maintain internal reporting tools, templates, and practice-wide documentation systems. Support onboarding of new staff with system access, hardware setup, and internal process training. What You Bring: Previous experience in a similar role within an accounting or professional services environment. Strong project management skills and proven experience with implementing or upgrading practice management software (APS, Xero Practice Manager, FYI Docs, Karbon, etc.). Ability to think critically, streamline processes, and create system-driven solutions. Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills with a hands-on and solutions-focused approach. Familiarity with compliance obligations and administrative processes in a public practice accounting firm.
