Job Summary: The Head of Sales will be responsible for leading and growing a highly motivated sales team while driving the sales strategy to achieve revenue growth and market expansion globally. You will mentor, manage, and inspire the sales team, ensuring each member is positioned for success. As a key member of the leadership team, you will collaborate closely with senior leadership and across departments to drive growth in a rapidly evolving market, ensuring alignment and executing strategies that maximize performance and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing sales team by setting clear expectations, holding them accountable, providing ongoing coaching, conducting regular one-on-one meetings and implementing a comprehensive training program to foster success, collaboration and continuous improvement. Build and maintain a centralised Sales Hub in Notion — Create a single source of truth for the sales team that includes playbooks, outbound email templates, call scripts, competitive intel, and process documentation (ie. forecasting documentation, sequences, deal stages, etc.) to support consistent execution of the customer acquisition, retention, and expansion strategy in the fitness market. Design, implement, and continuously refine a scalable outbound sales strategy — Partner with the Director of Revenue Strategy to develop outreach tactics and messaging frameworks, and collaborate with Marketing to optimize lead generation, segmentation, and top-of-funnel conversion. Collaborate on Inbound lead strategy — Partner with Marketing and the Director of Revenue Strategy to align on demand generation campaigns, content creation, lead scoring, and routing processes to ensure high-quality inbound leads are effectively converted into pipeline and revenue. Establish and implement a clear territory management framework to ensure balanced coverage, reduce overlap, and drive ownership across sales regions Review and optimise all Sales systems (HubSpot, Chillipiper and Apollo) to ensure aligned processes, data accuracy, and a seamless lead-to-revenue workflow that supports scalable growth. Drive the sales pipeline, identify bottlenecks and ensure sales targets are met or exceeded , while tracking performance and making data-driven decisions. Guide AEs through prospecting, lead qualification, negotiations, objection handling and closing strategies to maintain a steady pipeline of opportunities. Serve as a sales leader with a solid working knowledge of the platform, enabling you to support your team in prospect conversations where a level of technical insight is required. Sales reporting - Provide detailed metrics (such as conversion rates, revenue generated, average deal size, etc.) and reports to the Director of Revenue Strategy by analysing performance, trends and opportunities for improvement. Foster a team-oriented environment that encourages collaboration, accountability and motivation. Staying up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings to ensure the team remains ahead of the curve. Qualifications & Requirements 5 years of experience in sales leadership managing and mentoring a team of sales professionals in SaaS, fitness technology, or a related field. Proven track record of driving sales growth, achieving revenue goals, and managing high-performing sales teams. Extensive experience in the entire SaaS sales cycle, from prospecting to closing and customer retention. Proven ability to inspire, coach, and develop salespeople through goal setting, skill development, and performance management. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders. Strong understanding of SaaS sales best practices, including prospecting, pipeline management, and closing. Experience in setting ambitious sales targets, achieving measurable results, and analyzing market trends and customer needs to drive strategy. Proficient in CRM tools (eg. Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and sales analytics software. Experience with sales enablement tools and performance tracking systems.
