THE ROLE As the Domestic Student Sales and Marketing Coordinator, this role contributes towards the strategy and plans to increase inbound domestic students enrolling to the organisation's course offerings. The successful candidate will engage meaningfully with prospective students, and undertake a range of business development and marketing activities to grow the brand and profile of the institute. THE DUTIES Shape and implement the organisation's domestic student recruitment marketing, communications and sales strategies Provide consultative advice and information to prospective students regarding degrees or pathways that align with their goals Design, develop and manage effective campaigns across social media, email marketing, and website channels Develop and nurture partnerships, and identify prospects for domestic recruitment - liaising with high schools, community organisations, and other businesses Attend career fairs and industry networking events as required - promoting the course offerings of the institute Design, and implement a broad range of initiatives and activities to recruit domestic students and maximise conversion of future students THE IDEAL CANDIDATE This role will suit a driven individual with a background in domestic student sales and/or marketing, who is able to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be relationship-driven and values-based in their approach, with the persistence and enthusiasm to give it their all This is a fantastic opportunity to really drive student growth within a leading tertiary education provider, with a high degree of autonomy to make the role your own. Due to the travel required between campus locations, prospective clients, and events - it is preferred for the successful candidate to possess a valid driver's license and their own vehicle (petrol reimbursements available).
