We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Sales Professional | Consultant to join their team and contribute to the continued growth of the business. Duties: As a Sales Professional | Consultant , you will be the link between our clients and our in-house design and construction team. Attending to all in-house leads via phone and email. Booking and attending appointments to understand client needs and vision. Gaining a clear understanding of client needs to better reply their plans to the Design Team. Working closely with the Design and Building Team to develop tailored renovation and extension concepts. Lead client meetings where you will present the 3D design concept (along with the lead designer), gather client feedback, and refine it with the team. Guide clients through the final design, specifications, and fixed-price contract. Ensure client satisfaction throughout the process. Ensuring the success of the brand and upholding the agency values. Benefits: Retainer commissions superannuation. (OTE $250,000 - $350,000) Monday to Friday. (no weekend or after-hours appointments) Balcatta office location for day to day functions. Claremont showroom for appointments and meetings. No cold calling – all leads are inbound inquiries Boutique family business – be supported and valued for your work All training and support provided Full support from in-house design, construction, and admin teams. Requirements: Extensive experience in Sales / Business Development. Vast knowledge of Property and Real Estate. Proven ability to work and convert leads into long-term clients. Approach sales with a customer-centric mindset, understanding their needs and providing solutions. Experience working with high-value clientele effectively. Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
