Liaising with customers via the phone and email regarding products, pricing, orders, stock, delivery, account queries. Providing customer quotations. Giving customers advice on product selection based on requirements. Processing customer orders. Ordering stock and working closely with the purchasing team. Assisting with returns, repairs, credits and backorders. Supporting the external sales team. Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Requirements The successful applicant will possess the following skills and experience: Demonstrated internal sales or customer service experience preferably in a trade sales environment. Highly developed communication skills. Demonstrated ability to build and develop strong customer relationships. Excellent attention to detail. Highly developed PC skills. A positive outlook and attitude are essential Experience with Pronto would be advantageous, but not essential. The Offer The successful candidate will receive a base salary of $75,000, plus Superannuation.
