This role is a creative position responsible for driving original and unique textile and print development in line with the brands DNA. Think everything from accessories and sleepwear to home, gifting, and seasonal product ranges – this is your chance to put your stamp on a diverse and ever-evolving product world. You’ll bring ideas to life through original graphics, all-over prints, embellishments, packaging, and visual storytelling – adding that extra spark that makes a product feel truly special. You’ll work closely with our Apparel Design and Buying teams, but this is your space to shine – designing for categories with freedom, flair, and commercial impact. Key Responsibilities: Research ideas, source reference material and create new print artwork in line with the Creative Director’s seasonal concept brief. Set up artwork repeats and colour separations for Design Manager as required. Develop embroidery artwork and templates for embroidered garments. Present alternate print colourways to the Design Manager Complete placement print, embroidery and templates for samples and production. Consider the most economical method to set up artworks per style eg: placement, nested, borders etc. Provides strike off comments via a visual aid on artwork generated for feedback to printers and embroiderers. Ensure artwork development is unique and original by following up with in-house legal counsel prior to strike-off at all stages. Complete final bulk artworks for production purposes working with pattern makers to achieve most efficient yields. Key Requirements: Tertiary qualifications in Textile design 3 years’ experience as a textile designer in a similar position. The ability to demonstrate outstanding creative instincts and a distinct point of view through colour, texture and patterns. Have strong design and communicative skills. Advanced Photoshop, Illustrator & InDesign skills. Immaculate attention to detail. Be up to date on design trends, industry developments and new textile processes.
