The Sales and Marketing Support plays a crucial role by managing inbound sales leads from website inquiries and marketing campaigns, qualifying them before passing them to the sales team. You will be an exceptional organiser and capable of coordinating the sales and marketing support tasks, ensuring the team has everything they need to close deals efficiently. As a sales support specialist, you will be responsible for keeping sales projects on track by handling documentation, meeting deadlines, and ensuring smooth communication between teams. There will be an opportunity for you to develop your skills by assisting with marketing initiatives, including digital campaigns, print media, and social media efforts. You will have the ability to juggle multiple tasks while keeping everything organized and running smoothly. Key Responsibilities Sales Support: Qualify inbound leads, coordinate discovery meetings, and ensure timely follow-ups to maximise conversion opportunities. Administrative Coordination: Manage sales project deadlines, maintain databases, and handle tender documentation. CRM Management: Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions. Marketing Support: Assist with digital marketing initiatives in collaboration with external contractors. Client Engagement: Support frontline sales team with follow-up calls and client onboarding. Team Support: Facilitate sales team meetings, manage procurement of marketing materials, and provide general administrative assistance to enhance team productivity. Qualifications and Skills Experience in Sales Support, Administration or Executive Assistant duties. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
