Within a fast-paced leisure environment you will: Complete membership tours and enquires Resolve minor problems relating to multi passes, transactions and/or memberships Support the front-line customer service team Maintain the membership data base and process membership requests Aqualink have 40 permanent part time hours available to complement the existing team. The ideal candidate(s) will be available to work a minimum of 10 – 15 hours per week. In your application, please specify which shifts you are applying for in priority order. Experience in Microsoft office and point of sale systems. Communication skills to enable positive interaction and effective customer service with patrons and other employees.
