Our client is seeking two skilled professionals to join their growing R&D team: a Senior Electronics Engineer and an Embedded Software Engineer . You’ll be working alongside a tight-knit team of engineers and designers who are passionate about technology, creativity, and pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in embedded software, firmware and hardware design. Whether it's architecting embedded systems from scratch or tackling intricate PCB layouts, you’ll be part of a group that values deep technical insight and hands-on problem solving. Senior Electronics Engineer You'll be responsible for leading the design and development of advanced hardware systems—owning projects from initial concept right through to product delivery. What you'll bring: 10 years' experience in electronics or hardware engineering Expertise in schematic capture and PCB design using Altium Designer Strong grasp of analog and digital circuit design Familiarity with embedded systems and firmware integration Proven experience across the full product development lifecycle Ability to lead projects and engage with stakeholders Passion for solving complex design problems and building reliable hardware Embedded Software Engineer Join the embedded systems team to build robust, high-performance firmware powering cutting-edge devices in real-world environments. What you'll bring: 5 years of hands-on experience in embedded software and firmware development Proficiency in embedded C/C++ with scripting abilities in Python Practical experience with embedded Linux, FreeRTOS, or Zephyr Good understanding of ARM microcontroller architectures Solid experience in unit testing, debugging, and system integration Bonus: hardware design familiarity or cross-functional hardware-software collaboration Strong team player mindset with a drive to build maintainable, high-quality code These are full-time, permanent positions that require you to be onsite in the Perth office.
