About the role Are you a proactive and highly organised professional with exceptional communication skills? We are seeking an experienced administrator to provide vital support to our Chief Executive Officer & Executive Leadership Team (ELT). In this dynamic role, you will expertly manage the CEO’s diary, coordinate key administrative tasks, and liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless operations and outstanding service delivery. This position requires a high level of initiative, discretion, and confidentiality, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. If you’re ready to make a meaningful impact in a values-driven organisation, we’d love to hear from you Additionally, you will: Provide comprehensive administrative support, including document preparation, data entry, travel & event coordination, and other administrative duties Maintenance and coordination of an effective calendar and filing system, ensuring the CEO’s competing demands are effectively managed Prepare agendas and minutes of various internal and external meetings convened or attended by the CEO Preparation of Board and Committee documentation including drafting papers, editing and proof reading Produce reports, summaries or other documentation for the use of the CEO, Board and ELT About you You are an adaptable professional with a background in providing exceptional administrative support to senior leadership. You bring proven experience in working collaboratively across all levels of an organisation, demonstrating professionalism, flexibility, and a team-oriented mindset. Your strong proficiency with office productivity tools such as Microsoft Office, combined with your aptitude for quickly learning new systems, ensures you can hit the ground running. You excel at multitasking, effectively managing competing priorities while maintaining a high level of attention to detail. You possess excellent interpersonal skills and diplomacy, enabling you to engage confidently with a diverse range of stakeholders. We Can Offer You The salary is being offered between $80,000.00 to $85,000.00 plus super, to be negotiated depending upon qualifications and experience.
