About the Role: As a Contract Administrator, you will work closely with the project and commercial teams to ensure contracts are effectively managed throughout the project lifecycle. This role is key in supporting project delivery, maintaining strong relationships with subcontractors and consultants, and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations. Key Responsibilities: Prepare, review, and manage contracts and subcontractor agreements Support tendering processes, including evaluation and procurement Monitor contract performance, variations, and claims Maintain documentation, records, and reporting systems Liaise with project managers, clients, and legal teams as required Ensure compliance with company policies and project timelines Negotiate with external stakeholders About You: Required Skills & Experience: Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or similar Previous experience (2–5 years) in a Contract Administrator role within the construction or related sectors Strong understanding of construction contracts High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills Confident communicator with the ability to build strong working relationships Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software (e.g., Aconex, Procore, Jobpac is a plus) Why Join the team?
