They are currently seeking an Administration Assistant for a short term leave cover position for approximately 2 months. Key Responsibilities: Providing professional front desk reception coverage Answering and directing incoming calls Greeting visitors and managing sign-in procedures Bulk scanning of documents and converting paper records to electronic format Accurate data entry and filing of scanned records General administrative support as required Essential Criteria Previous experience in administration or reception Strong attention to detail and ability to manage repetitive tasks Confident using office equipment (scanners, phones and computers) Good communication skills and a professional phone manner Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite and digital filing systems Reliable, organised, and able to work autonomously Driver Licence and own transport Unrestricted Working Rights in Australia Location: Bomaderry NSW 2540 Hours of Work: 8:00am to 4:30pm Monday to Friday Rate of Pay: $34.59 p/h Does this role sound like your next opportunity?
