Position Overview: As an Early Childhood Teacher at Wildflowers, you will play a pivotal role in supporting children's growth, development, and sense of belonging. This will require you to : Design and implement nature-based, child-led learning experiences aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF). Work collaboratively with a passionate team of educators to uphold Wildflowers' philosophy and values. Create inclusive spaces that promote diversity, equity, and respect for all children. What You'll Bring : A Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent qualification) or WTD Current Working with Children Check (WWCC). A strong understanding of the EYLF and National Quality Standards (NQS). A commitment to fostering respectful, meaningful connections with children and families.
