Moss & Co Consulting have partnered with a dedicated Family Law firm located in the CBD. We're looking to fill a Legal Assistant/Personal Assistant opportunity. In this role you will provide Personal Assistance/Legal Assistance to a wonderful small team of one Partner/Director, a Senior Associate and a Junior Graduate Lawyer. The firm have a welcoming & engaging work culture, offering hybrid working arrangements & the ability to get as involved in files as you'd like. You will work closely with other PA's in this collaborative team culture. As a Personal Assistant/Legal Assistant, your responsibilities may include - Diary Management; Document Management, assisting with preparing Legal documents; Coordinating Meetings; Preparing briefs to counsel Opening/closing files; Client liaison; Preparing & lodging court documents; Billing & reporting - using LEAP; Dictation; Ad hoc administrative duties This role does require some experience within Legal, ideally within Family Law or Litigation.
