Further details regarding this can be found here Accommodation support may be available - conditions apply About the Role: This Administration Assistant role offers an exciting opportunity to provide top-tier administrative support to the Community Health Division, playing a key part in ensuring the seamless operation of services under the guidance of the Team Leader and the Coordinator of Administration. You'll be at the heart of the action, delivering comprehensive support by expertly prioritising tasks, managing correspondence, and handling both phone and in-person inquiries. As the first point of contact for the public, you’ll be the go-to resource for answering queries and ensuring smooth communication across the Flinders & Upper North Region Health Services. Your organisational skills and ability to multitask will directly contribute to the efficiency and success of the division. Looking for a change in scenery? – Administration Roles About You: A high level of competency in the use of computers, word processing, data entry skills and office administration processes and procedures. Experience in the provision of a confidential and professional administrative support services, including experience in the maintenance of records and systems. Client and customer services experience. Developing spreadsheets, using the Microsoft Excel application.
