Customer Service / Sales Administration — Richmond, Yarra Area

Exciting new opportunity to work with an innovative global leader in security product technology. As a Customer Service Coordinator / Sales Administrator you will liaise closely with business partners, to assist them with pricing, product information, ordering and logistics. This is a European based organisation so you will liaise with their European HQ relating to orders and logistics. Reporting to the Operations Manager, duties will include, but not be limited to; First point of contact for clients via phone or email (predominantly email) Assisting with queries around pricing and product Placing and managing orders Logistics coordination Manage timeline expectations and follow up Liaise with manufacturing in Europe Input invoices Ad hoc administration for Operations Manager and GM This is a progressive organisation who are going through significant growth in the Oceania region. We are looking for someone with long term career aspirations. Someone who has a high attention to detail, is well organised with strong stakeholder management skills. Knowledge of Navision would be advantageous, or a similar ERP system ie. Xero, MYOB. This company are located in brand new offices in Cremorne (with a roof top).
