Works well cross-functionally to achieve shared goals. Comfortable with technology, CRM systems (Salesforce desirable ), and experience in SaaS sales, compliance, risk management, or HR. National Police Clearance Ability to work from our Perth Office Preferred availability for 37.5 hours per week DELIVERING THE GOOD, STRIVING FOR THE GREAT Position responsibilities include but are not limited to: Proactively reach out to prospects via phone, email, and virtual meetings to introduce our SaaS offerings and uncover business needs. Manage and nurture a sales pipeline through consistent follow-ups and engagement, ensuring smooth progression through the sales funnel. Conduct discovery sessions to understand client challenges, goals, and decision-making processes. Present K inatico’s solutions effectively, s howcasing the value and ROI of our products. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to Kinatico’s revenue growth. Log all interactions and update sales opportunities in our CRM system (Salesforce) to maintain data accuracy. Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align strategies and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
