The Regional Administrator is a key role that supports the Senior Managers for our three program areas in Southern Melbourne: Child and Family Services Family Preservation, Reunification and Out of Home Care Youth Residential Services As a Regional Administrator, you will support the Senior Managers with various administrative tasks including day-to-day secretarial support, diary management, preparation of program documents, correspondence and presentations, reporting requirements, coordination of meetings and minute taking. The Regional Administrator will build collaborative relationships with a range of key stakeholders and represent Uniting in a professional matter. Your skills and experience To be successful in your application you will meet the person specification in the position description, including having at least 2-3 years’ experience in an Administration/Team Assistant/Personal Assistant role. You will also have: Extensive experience in administration task management and secretarial support. The ability to prioritise tasks, work autonomously and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Strong initiative, problem solving, communication and relationship building skills are essential to this role. High-level computer literacy skills is also key.
