You’ll provide strategic advice, manage risks, support the business in negotiating a broad range of contracts and help shape policies that drive business success. With your expertise, you’ll influence key stakeholders and assist to embed best practices across the organisation. Key Responsibilities: Corporate Governance : Support in the management and maintenance of a range of policies and the development of programs to ensure compliance with changing regulatory and governance requirements Legal Practice : Manage legal matters across a broad range of legal and regulatory disciplines and deliver practical, commercially focused legal advice. Support in the negotiation of a broad range of contracts across key business areas Reporting : Provide timely legal advice and contribute to the preparation of key reports (Annual Reports, Corporate Governance Statements, etc.) Corporate Legal Advice : Advise on a broad range of corporate advisory matters Company Secretariat : Assist with company secretarial matters and support Board reporting Stakeholder Engagement : Build strong relationships with internal teams and influence senior leadership on governance matters What You Bring: 10 years PQE in general corporate or commercial, preferably in a top-tier law firm Extensive experience in-house, or advising, ASX Listed entities Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build strong working relationships both internally and externally Expertise in contract negotiations, complex agreements , and legal strategy Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex legal challenges Proven ability to thrive in a high-stakes, fast-paced environment Exceptional communication and negotiation skills Qualifications: Bachelor of Laws (LLB) or equivalent (Essential) Unsupervised Practicing Certificate (Essential) Why Super Retail Group?
