About the Role We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service & Production Coordinator to manage incoming customer enquiries, process orders, and coordinate daily production schedules. You’ll be the vital link between our customers, internal teams, and machine operators — ensuring timely deliveries, efficient workflows, and high satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Manage customer enquiries via email and phone with a focus on solutions and service. Input and manage customer orders using the EXO system. Recommend alternate products/solutions to meet customer needs. Coordinate POD (Proof of Delivery) and scrap deliveries in line with customer schedules. Collaborate with all departments to ensure smooth communication and order fulfillment. Plan, schedule, and oversee daily production tasks. Communicate production goals to machine operators. Monitor machine performance, report maintenance needs, and ensure a safe work environment. About You Experience in a manufacturing or warehousing environment. Strong customer service and communication skills. Confident using ERP/order management systems. Solid organisational and multitasking ability. Understanding of production workflows and machine operations. Committed to workplace safety and teamwork.
