We are actively seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to become a valued member of our Sydney Team This is a Part-Time role working a 4-day (31.5 hour per week) schedule (Tues, Fri, Sat & Sun) based in our Alexandria located Boutique. A GLL Stylist: Conducts personalized one-on-one private styling sessions. Goes above and beyond to ensure an exceptional service experience. Maintains flawless personal presentation and possesses impeccable people skills. Strives to surpass monthly individual and team sales goals. Our teams are professional, yet down-to-earth and genuinely passionate about their work. Holds a reputation for being industry leaders in personalized and friendly VIP service. Accurately takes individual measurements and elevates looks with our exquisite range of accessories. Effectively multitasks between appointments, following up with brides via email and phone, using an iPad, and showcasing strong administration skills. Commits to acquiring extensive product knowledge, demonstrating a high standard of dedication and work ethic. Acts as the face of our brand, serving as brand ambassadors while wearing our beautiful products in the showroom. Experience and Skills Required: Prior sales experience with a strong emphasis on customer service. Proven track record of achieving excellent sales results and surpassing KPIs. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team to attain targeted results. Exceptional presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal. Capacity to establish and nurture strong relationships throughout the customer journey. Quick learner with the ability to absorb information across a diverse and high-quality product range. Strong work ethic with excellent multitasking skills. Unwavering commitment to the highest standards of attention to detail. Intermediate to advanced administration skills. Proficiency in using an iPad, MS Office, and data entry (e.g., NetSuite experience is advantageous). Availability to work on weekends, as our peak times occur during these periods.
