The Opportunity We currently have a new opportunity for a Supervisor to join our team. With your expertise, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and development of field staff across several projects in the water space. Your strength lies in identifying and addressing potential issues that may impact project delivery. You are a problem solver and you will have a knack for building lasting relationships with field crews & customers. This role includes regular travel across Regional NSW & ACT and time away from home, ideal for those who enjoy being on the move and value variety in their workday. Reporting to the Senior Supervisor Manager, the position is further supported by our talented team of people including Project Engineers, Coordinators and Administrators. You will bring: Experience in recruiting and managing self-performing teams with the ability to identify, proactively manage and increase skills of existing and new field staff Experience supervising and managing subcontractors A detailed level of knowledge of the contractual resources and project budget requirements Experience in planning onsite works including people, plant, equipment, subcontractors and materials The ability to travel away to sites across Regional NSW & ACT (a fully maintained vehicle will be provided) Our Team At Interflow, we are honest, reliable, competent and respectful.
