About the Role We are currently seeking interest from candidates who identify as Aboriginal and / or Torres Strait Islander as well as non-Indigenous candidates for the position of Warehouse Officer – Distribution Desk to join the operations team in Richlands, QLD . This role is crucial in ensuring smooth logistics and customer service by managing freight inquiries, coordinating deliveries, and supporting warehouse and transport teams. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Investigating and resolving freight and delivery inquiries. Coordinating with transport, warehouse, and operations managers to ensure seamless delivery processes. Performing daily checks of driver devices and troubleshooting as needed. Providing accurate updates on customer orders using internal systems. Delivering best-in-class customer service to internal and external stakeholders. Contributing to a safe, inclusive, and positive work culture. About You A strong team player who thrives in a fast-paced, problem-solving environment. Ability to work independently and follow structured processes. Excellent communication skills to collaborate with various departments. Experience with warehouse systems like WMOS and SAP (preferred but not essential).
