About Your Role Scope has an exciting and unique opportunity for a Workforce Scheduler to work within our Workforce Management Operations Team. This is a casual role where you will work shifts throughout the week, your availability will need to be between 7am-7pm Friday to Monday and 7am-5pm on Saturday and Sundays. Responsibilities of the Workforce Scheduler will be to cover overall shift replacements for disability support workers going on planned and unplanned leave. The role involves participation on recruitment drives for the casual workforce and general administration tasks relating to any workforce initiatives and processes. It will be fast paced and very dynamic, with many opportunities for collaboration work between frontline and backend support teams. Your Key Focus Accurately translate master roster/s into efficient, effective and compliant operational rosters Work collaboratively to implement the advance shift filling process to achieve coverage of staff vacancies Draw together relevant data and insights to accurately report on progress, issues, challenges and opportunities in alignment with governance requirements Confidently apply critical thinking and problem-solving approaches to achieve outcomes.
