ABOUT THE POSITION. As a Civil Engineer, you will use your expertise in software tools such as DRAINS, HEC-RAS, Civil3D, and MUSIC to design and manage a range of projects, including stormwater systems, on-site detention tanks, roads, and pavements. Working alongside a multidisciplinary team, you’ll play an integral role in the planning, design, and delivery of projects, ensuring smooth workflows and on-time completion. Your role will involve close collaboration with both colleagues and clients to ensure that project goals are met efficiently and effectively. DUTIES. Produce stormwater, drainage, OSD, water quality and water sensitive urban design Attend site inspections, project meetings and design reviews Utilise DRAINS, HEC-RAS, TUFLOW, MUSIC and Civil 3D on a daily basis Liaise with all relevant stakeholders to achieve project objectives SKILLS & EXPERIENCE. Completed a Bachelor of Civil Engineering or tertiary Degree in Engineering CPEng or in the process is highly advantageous Strong verbal and written communication skills for team and client liaising Experience with Civil 3D, HEC-RAS, DRAINS, MUSIC and TUFLOW 3 years’ local experience highly regarded CULTURE.
