Customer Services Manager — Eagle Farm, Brisbane

Description The Customer Service Manager position will require the individual to establish and maintain positive relationships with customers. This role will provide a focal point for the liaison between the customer and relevant internal departments whilst assuring the requests of the customer are executed. Key Tasks Coordinate and oversee all processes associated with engine overhaul and repair commencing with engine induction through to engine shipping. Ensure all customer requests are complied with in a timely and professional manner. Establish engine work scope based on customer request as well as engineering suggestions and recommendations. Establish and maintain a trusting relationship between StandardAero and our Customers. Provide supporting departments with accurate and timely information in order to progress engines through production. Provide our Customer Service Representatives with guidance for proper preparation of estimates and invoices. In liaison with relevant departments, provide technical guidance and assistance to Customers as requested. Prepare and present information to internal/external customers Review and approve all estimates and invoices and all summary condition reports Ensure estimates and invoices are accurate and maintain target margins Maintain sales forecast on an as required basis. Make sound decisions with regard to serviceable versus non-serviceable parts at installation by having a basic knowledge of PWC warranty and commercial support programs that are available to customers. Coordinate the processing of ‘quick turn’ service lines Including piece part assemblies and advance exchanges. Responsible for the review, determination and reporting of business metrics. Qualifications/Skills/Experience Minimum four years experience in aerospace industry with preference given to those who have worked on PWC engines. Strong financial acumen and familiarity with accounting techniques. Advanced written and verbal skills to communicate with influence. Intermediate level ability with Microsoft Office suite with particular focus on Excel. Ability to quickly adapt to internal systems/databases. Ability to work flexible hours.
