Policy Administrator — Toorak, Stonnington Area

This pay rate is inclusive of mandatory 25% casual loading Temporary Position: Policy Administrator Duration: April - July 2025 Location: Southbank, Melbourne Hourly rate: $35ph plus super This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who thrives in a collaborative environment and is committed to achieving compliance by 1 July 2025. Role Overview: The Policy Administrator will support the review, update, and development of policies and procedures to meet strengthened quality and compliance standards. This role will involve collaboration with stakeholders across Australia and New Zealand to ensure alignment with legislative requirements and contribute to efficient project delivery. Key Responsibilities: Policy and Compliance Revisions: Review and update policies, processes, and forms to align with new quality and compliance standards. Ensure compliance with the Safety and Quality Management System (SQMS) and embed these requirements into policies. Create policies and processes that meet the needs of both Australia and New Zealand where possible. Improve document control and information management systems, ensuring accessibility and up-to-date resources. Apply plain-language principles, ensuring materials are professional, engaging, and audience-specific. Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with leaders and stakeholders to produce practical, actionable resources for implementation. Facilitate structured decision-making and ensure changes are communicated effectively. Innovation and Efficiency: Utilize approved AI tools to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency. Proactively take initiative and work autonomously to achieve project outcomes. Health, Safety, and Wellbeing Responsibilities: Prioritize health, safety, and wellbeing for yourself and others. Adhere to all applicable policies and procedures, identifying and reporting risks, incidents, and near misses. Skills & Qualifications: Strong policy and compliance background, ideally within the aged care or healthcare sector. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders across various levels. Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently when necessary. Familiarity with AI tools and digital solutions to enhance workflow efficiency is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills and drive to achieve performance outcomes.
