Your role within the team The role of the Sales Coordinator is to support Sales Director in ensuring the monthly business processes and gate keeping meetings provide run effectively and deliver quality outcomes. This role requires a detailed oriented person who can manage executive level administrative tasks, streamline sales processes and facilitate cross functional co-ordination to enhance team productivity. Key responsibilities include: Executive Support Manage calendars, schedule meetings to ensure effective monthly business rhythms and strong, disciplined customer engagement, Supports with 3-year strategy, strategy workshops, budget presentations through ensuring inputs from cross functional teams are provided in a timely manner, Supports the Sales Director with Board-Level presentations. Sales Operations Support Organise and manage monthly business rhythms that are lead by Sales (Commercial Sign Off, Portfolio Prioritisation, Commercial Calendar Review, Demand Sales & Operations Planning Review, KPI Scorecard Progress Review, OPEX Review), Drive the customer engagement calendar and ensure timely delivery of agenda, pre-read to the customer. Team Engagement Support the Sales Director in driving sales team engagement plan. This includes small group engagement, mid-year performance review, sales huddles, Sales leaders training away days, sales office/field away days.
