We have an opportunity for a highly motivated team player to join our Fyshwick security branch in the role of Internal Sales/Warehouse . This is a varied role driving customer service through internal/counter sales and warehouse duties. Being part of a small team, this role has the advantage of ongoing training, mentorship and support to build a career in an exciting industry, in a stable global organisation. About the Role Reporting directly to the State Manager, you will; Be the first point of contact for the branch, serving customers via the Trade Counter, phone and email Proactively answering incoming calls Process purchase orders and quotation requests General warehouse duties including picking, packing, despatching, receiving and stock counts Build and develop customer relationships Learn and continually develop product knowledge for access control, security systems and CCTV surveillance Process customer returns and repairs Maintain a high level of general housekeeping and presentation within the branch Supporting the external sales team and management What we are looking for We pride ourselves in providing superior customer service through our professional and specialist sales and technical teams, and our most valued asset is our people.
