The Position: They are currently seeking a confident, personable and team focussed candidate to become an integral part of their small team on a maternity leave contract. Situated on the Showroom Reception desk you will be responsible for all Reception duties as well as administration support to the Team. This role will be offered on a 8-9 month fixed term contract for 4 days p/w (Monday - Thursday). Commencing ASAP The Responsibilities: Some of your duties will include… Answering incoming calls Meeting and greeting customers and assisting in the showroom. Managing appointments and scheduling for sales reps Organising catering and coffee for guests and customers Processing online orders Raising purchase orders for stationery and amenities Other administrative duties as required. The Requirements: To be successful for this position you must possess… Excellent customer service skills The ability to work effectively unsupervised. A proactive and enthusiastic attitude The ability to problem-solve effectively. Strong problem-solving skills.
