They service a variety of industries, including mining, industrial, manufacturing, and utilities. The position The role will require your technical competence to be matched with customer service skills. You will need to be an excellent communicator, organised, and be able to prioritise and exceed customer expectations. Duties include: Responding promptly to customer enquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction. Understanding customers’ needs and identifying sales opportunities. Preparing quotes from information provided by the workshop. Working with the external Business Development Managers to follow up on quotes. Supporting the external Business Development Managers as required. General administrative duties when required. Skills & experience required: Previous experience in customer service or an internal sales position within the electrical/mechanical industries is essential. Rotating equipment/power transmission knowledge is essential. Experience with electric motors, industrial pumps, or gearboxes is preferred. CRM knowledge and skills are essential.
