Key Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting customers with product selection and providing knowledgeable, helpful advice. Stock Management : Receive, inspect, and safely store goods; ensure all products are properly labelled and organised according to company standards. Merchandising : Ensure that products are displayed effectively to maximise sales and meet brand guidelines. Workplace Organisation : Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area by adhering to workplace safety procedures and promoting effective housekeeping practices. Weighbridge Operations : Operate the weighbridge, ensuring accurate transactions and smooth processing. What We’re Looking For: Previous customer service experience in a fast-paced environment. Experience handling cash and proficient in using computer systems and point of sale . Physically capable of handling tasks such as lifting, moving stock, and maintaining an active work pace. Reliability and flexibility to work weekdays, rotating weekends, and public holidays as required. A reliable mode of transport to commute to the workplace.
